Friday morning of this week, at 11:00 a.m., Dean will be arraigned in Judge Franklin Noel’s chambers on the 9th floor (west side courtroom) of the Federal Courthouse, 300 South Fourth Street, Minneapolis. At this time he will enter a plea of, “Not guilty.” This arraignment/hearing is a prelude to his trial, which should begin sometime this summer..."
This can't be good news for Mark Olson who worked very close with Zimmermann promoting PRT. I wonder if Mark Olson is going to introduce any PRT legislation in the next legislative session just for old times sake?
